Service and Committal at Oldham (Hollinwood) Crematorium on Monday December 11th at 3:00pm.
The crematorium is located within Hollinwood Cemetery with ample parking available all around the cemetery grounds.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Dr Kershaw's Hospice. A collection box will be made available at the Crematorium for anyone who wishes to make a contribution. For our safety and security, any money raised on the day will be passed straight to Lisa's family. Cheques must be made payable to the charity.
